Partners

In NEW YORK CITY, we have partnered with THE FUND FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS to develop and deliver critical programs for schools that don't have adequate facilities and/or equipment for various sporting activities. For example, your player registration fees will help to build new gyms, to refurbish existing gyms, and to support a volunteer initiative to develop a new soccer league in schools that cannot afford to provide these facilities and services. By playing in our leagues, you will be helping thousands of students across the city.

Please click on THE FUND FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS for more information about how this organization supports NEW YORK CITY's PUBLIC SCHOOLS and how you can help.

The Steve Nash Foundation will receive WSP's 'global' donations. That is, every league that WSP runs will contribute a portion of its revenue each and every 10-week soccer season to the foundation's programs in Africa and Latin America. The Steve Nash Foundation is a private foundation dedicated to assisting underserved children in their health and education. It aims to grow health in kids by funding projects that provide direct and critically needed services to children affected by poverty, illness, abuse and neglect. The foundation focusses its resources on underserved populations of children in Uganda, Paraguay, the USA, and Canada.

We're forming similar partnerships for the same purpose in several other cities. We're also forming partnerships with major international charities, institutions and NGOs for the purpose of improving opportunities for children to obtain a good education and to get essential exercise through sports - namely soccer.
